Initiate Return
Log in to your account, navigate to the 'Order History' section, and select the items you wish to return to receive a return authorization number.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside the box for identification.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
